A complex residential project brings together many people, decisions and competing priorities. Without clear ownership, the client’s intentions can become diluted between design, cost, programme and delivery.
Ernesto provides a single, independent point of direction. He keeps the wider team focused, brings decisions forward at the right time and makes sure the client has a clear view of progress, risk and the choices that matter.
Protecting the client's position
BRAVIEN works alongside the appointed designers, consultants and contractors while remaining answerable to the client.
The role can include directing coordination, reviewing progress, identifying risk, aligning programme and cost with the design intent, and maintaining continuity as the project moves from one stage to the next.
The aim is not to replace the project team. It is to give the client informed representation within it.
A trusted presence in London
For overseas clients, distance can make an already complex project harder to read. BRAVIEN can provide an on the ground presence in London, maintaining regular contact with the team and representing the client’s intentions when they cannot be present.
Communication remains direct, considered and proportionate. The client knows what needs attention without being drawn into every detail.

Ernesto Sanchez brings over 30 years of experience across London and the Middle East, including the leadership of large teams on high value residential work.
He understands both the practical demands of delivery and the personal nature of a private home. Every engagement is handled with discretion, clear boundaries and direct accountability.
