Ernesto takes responsibility for the direction and coordination of the project across designers, consultants and contractors.
He brings decisions into focus, identifies risk early and keeps programme, cost and design ambition aligned. Information, responsibilities and next steps remain clear, allowing the team to move with purpose and the creative director to stay focused on the design.
Alongside the creative director
The studio retains authorship, creative control and the client relationship.
He works beside the creative director, translating design intent into controlled execution and protecting it as the project moves through procurement, construction and completion. He provides an independent view, resolves problems and gives the wider team clear direction without placing another layer between the studio and its client.
An engagement shaped around the practice
BRAVIEN can be appointed for a specific commission or retained alongside the studio where ongoing senior direction is needed.
The scope is agreed around the project, the existing team and the level of responsibility required. BRAVIEN becomes part of the working structure while remaining independent, with a clear role and direct accountability.
Experience with discretion
Ernesto Sanchez is a qualified interior designer with over 30 years of experience across London and the Middle East. His career spans production, retail, supply, specialist provision and design practice, as well as the leadership of large project teams on high value residential work.
This gives him a practical understanding of the pressures carried by the studio, its suppliers, consultants and contractors. His experience in furniture quality control and detailed project snagging also brings a close eye to workmanship and finish. He can protect the design intent while giving the wider team direction grounded in how the industry works.
The studio’s relationships remain entirely its own. BRAVIEN works under the studio’s direction, does not seek a separate appointment from its clients and treats every commission with discretion.
